Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has already been operated in Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital, Delhi and that now he wants eight weeks' interim bail for proper recovery. 2.

This Court is of the opinion that since due medical treatment has been given, it is indicative of the fact that he is being provided with good medical treatment and advice, this Court finds no ground for grant of bail. 3.

The application is dismissed.
