At the outset, learned counsel for petitioners/tenants submits that she has already filed an application seeking review of the same eviction order, which has been assailed in the present proceedings and that review application is pending as on date before the learned trial court. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition in accordance with law, if the need so arises. Accordingly, the present petition as well as pending application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
