The learned counsel for plaintiff, on instructions from the plaintiff, states that the suit may be allowed to be withdrawn as the same has been settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in CC No.3394/2019.

The plaintiff further prays for refund of the Court Fee deposited with the present suit in terms of Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

As the parties have settled their inter se disputes and the plaintiff seeks withdrawal of the present suit, the suit is disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

The plaintiff is entitled to the refund of the Court Fee deposited by the plaintiff.

The application is allowed.

The next date of hearing, that is, 05.11.2024, stands cancelled.
