served, however no steps were taken to serve the other LRs. Even the submission of counsel of the appellant was recorded before the Registrar on 10.04.2024 that she was not receiving any instructions from the proposed LRs including Mrs. Sushma.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the appeals are dismissed in default for non-prosecution, along with pending applications.
