O R D E R
% 01.02.2016 Mr. Rahul Mehra, learned Standing Counsel (Criminal) appearing on behalf of the official respondent invites my attention to the order dated 9th December, 2015 passed by this Court whereby the petitioner was directed to be enlarged on first spell of furlough for a period of three weeks from the date of his release, to urge that the latter has still to avail the furlough so granted by this Court.
In other words, it is the submission of Mr. Mehra, learned Standing Counsel that the competent authority would not be averse if the petitioner were to avail of the furlough granted by this Court vide order dated 9th December, 2015.
Ordered accordingly.
