The present appeal has been filed by the appellant under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 ("Family Courts Act"), against the impugned visitation order dated 06.06.2026, passed by the Learned Judge, Family Court-02, South East, Saket, New Delhi in GP No. 18/202020 titled Samrat Singh Rawat v. Poonam Rawat seeking modification of the order qua timings of visitation during summer vacations.

Heard counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the present appeal pertains to the visitation rights of the appellant during the summer vacations. issue involved in the present appeal has become infructuous, and only an academic exercise remains. In these circumstances, learned counsel prays that the present appeal be permitted to be withdrawn. 4.

Learned counsel for the appellant further submits that an application seeking enhancement of visitation rights is pending before the Family Court and requests that the said application be considered and decided on its own merits.

We hope and trust the Family Court shall consider and decide the pending application in accordance with law. 6.

With aforesaid directions, the present appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.
