Issue notice. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent through video conferencing accepts notice.

Learned counsel for petitioner argued that a demolition order was passed by MCD on 05.06.2026 and there were some inaccuracies in the said demolition order.

It is submitted that a corrigendum was issued on 23.06.2026 by Assistant Engineer, South Zone of MCD. It is submitted that he wants to challenge the impugned order but the Appellate Tribunal, MCD (ATMCD) is closed during the vacation and he is unable to file an appeal as per law before the concerned authority.

Learned counsel for respondent submits that the proper procedure for the petitioner to agitate all his grievances is to file an appeal before the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. ATMCD and he has no objection if one week is given to the petitioner to file an appeal before the ATMCD.

The petitioner is hereby allowed to file an appeal in accordance with law before ATMCD on or before 07.07.2026.

Till then, the operation of impugned order is stayed in respect of second and third floor of the properties in question. 7.

With these directions, the writ petition along with pending application(s) is disposed of.
