% 15.01.2020 On 06.12.2019 status report was directed to be filed. As against that, a compliance affidavit itself has come to be filed. Vide order dated 15.05.2018, L. & D.O. was directed to make inquiry as regards the rights of the petitioners over a land stated to be situated at Malcha Marg, 22 Sardar Patel Marg, New Delhi, in Khasra No.

419. As per the counter affidavit filed, not only the inquiry is stated to have been conducted, it also states for the issuance of re-entry notice to the unauthorised occupants.

Taking note of the facts stated in the compliance affidavit, nothing survives in the instant contempt petition and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
