% 09.08.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 21st September, 2015 passed in W.P.(C) 9069/2015 whereby respondent-Directorate of Education was directed to decide petitioner's representations dated 07th July and 14th July, 2015 with respect to revocation of the suspension order within a period of four weeks by passing a speaking order. On 03rd May, 2016, the Directorate of Education has passed the speaking order whereby the suspension order of the petitioner dated 01st July, 2015 has been quashed.

In view thereof, present contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied. However, in the event, the school in question is not implementing the Directorate of Education's order, petitioner is given liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
