The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging unauthorized construction in O-Zone Area (Flood Area/ Doob Kshetra/ Yamuna River Flood Area) over the suit property i.e. H.No.29-B, near Binni Bhadana House, Village Mithapur, P.S. Jaitpur, Khasra No.230/3, New Delhi-110044.

Learned counsel for the MCD, while objecting to the maintainability of the present petition on the ground of lack of locus of the petitioner, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. nevertheless submits that the property in question was inspected on 29.04.2024 and the same has been booked for unauthorized construction. He further submits that appropriate action for demolition of the unauthorized construction in accordance with law shall be taken expeditiously and in any event within a period of eight weeks from today. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage. The same is accordingly disposed of, however, taking on record the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the MCD. 4.

Needless to say, the concerned SHO, PS Jaitpur shall render appropriate assistance to the MCD for the purpose of any action proposed to be taken.
