By way of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

"(a) issue appropriate Writ(s)/ Direction(s) or Order directing respondent to return/vacate and handover vaccant peaceful possession of land bearing no. situated in Nangloi Khasra No. 33/18 and 33/23 situated in area of village Nangloi Jat Delhi vide registered sale deed. The land situated in khasra no. 33/18 is 1 bigha 7 biswa and in Khasra No. 33/23 is 3 bighas and 12 biswa and also pass other consequential relief including payment of charges for use and occupation of land. (b) Call for record of the case.

(c) Cost be awarded.

b. Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

Mr. Rajesh Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, states upon instructions, that possession of the subject land has been handed over to the petitioner, as stated in the compliance report dated 14.08.2024, filed by the respondent.

appropriate civil remedies, in which the petitioner can seek determination of the quantum of occupation charges by leading evidence. 4.
