After some arguments, Mr. Agarwala, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the given circumstances, it may be necessary for him to challenge the policy of compassionate appointment itself whereby the dependents of contractual employees are precluded from applying for compassionate appointment. 2.

In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is dismissed without prejudice to his rights and contentions to that extent with the liberty so sought granted.
