The Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking a direction to the Respondents to dispose of his pending application for refund of registration fee of INR 1,21,136/- vide e-stamp No. DL1018241805496, dated 7th March, 2019, pending before the Collector of Stamp, Kanjhawala/ Respondent no. 6.

Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, states that the request of the Petitioner has been allowed and a voucher for an amount of INR 1,21,136/- has been issued for refund of the registration fee. He submits that the Petitioner has to comply with the necessary formalities for release of the amount of the voucher.
