The Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to set aside an Order dated 15.12.2023 passed by the Appellate Authority, which is an interim order staying the operation of the order passed by the District Magistrate directing eviction of the Respondent herein. 2.

The Petitioner had filed the application under the Welfare and Maintenance of Parents and Senior Citizens Act alleging cruelty placed on him at the hands of their daughter-in-law.
