The present petition raises a grievance as regards unauthorized construction at property bearing no. 125, land measuring 70 Sq. Yds., Gali no. 35 in Khasra no. 134/1, 167 and 169, Zakir Nagar, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi-110025.

Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice, submits that part demolition action qua the property in question has already been taken inasmuch as four RCC slabs on the fifth floor and two RCC slabs on the fourth floor of the aforesaid property have been demolished. 3.

He further submits that further action, in accordance with law, shall be taken expeditiously to remove unauthorized construction subsisting in the property in question. The said statement is taken on record. 4.
