The present Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking directions to the Respondent to conduct further investigation in the FIR No. 292/2019 under Sections 302/498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Khyala, Delhi by recording the correct statement of the Petitioners and by collecting and seizing the video recordings of the statements/dying declarations of the victim/deceased while she was admitted in the hospital and other material evidence in the custody of the Petitioners.

The video recording, transcripts etc. were made available to the Investigating Officer (IO) which have been taken by the IO. 3.
Furthermore, it has been explained on behalf of the State that the video recording was forwarded to FSL for obtaining expert report, but an objection has been received and the further investigations are being carried out and the FSL Report is awaited. Soon the same is made available, the Supplementary Chargesheet would be filed before the learned Trial Court.
