% 07.08.2019 This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging noncompliance of order dated May 8, 2019. The said order reads as under: "Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to publish the result of the petitioner.

Keeping in view the reasons stated in the instant petition, I hereby dispose of the same directing the respondents to disclose the result of the petitioner within one week from today."

On June 3, 2019, a submission was made by the learned counsel for the respondent no.1 that they would be issuing rejection notice within two days. Mrs. Avnish Ahlawat, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states, a public notice has been issued notifying the question booklet numbers of the candidates whose question booklets / OMR answer sheets

could not be evaluated, which includes the question booklet number of the petitioner, i.e., 10818312.

In other words, the petitioner has not been found successful. The Contempt is closed.
