O R D E R

The present petition raises a grievance as regards illegal/unauthorised construction in property bearing I-2, Jaitpur Extension, Khadda Colony, New Delhi-110044.

Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice submits that the property in question shall be inspected and if any unauthorised construction is found subsisting or ongoing, appropriate action in accordance with law shall be expeditiously taken with regard thereto. The said statement is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition at this stage and the same is accordingly disposed of.
