The submissions are heard.

Learned counsel for the applicant has shown me a video in which a shirtless police officer is beating petitioner/applicant. 4.

On the other hand, learned Addition Public Prosecutor submits that this is not complete video. SI Abhay Bhat, who is present in the Court has also shown a video in which the applicant is beating the police officer. It is further submitted that the applicant not only tore the uniform of the police officer CT Sourav Kumar but also tried to snatch his official firearm. 5.

there is no allegation in the FIR that applicant tried to snatch firearm from CT Sourav Kumar.

I have considered the submissions. MLC of CT Sourav Kumar mentions four injuries. I have specifically asked learned counsel for the applicant as to what medical record he has in possession to show injuries on the applicant. However, he is unable to show it. 7.

Considering all facts and circumstances and in spectrum of the facts, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. 8.

In view of above, the application is dismissed, along with pending applications.
