O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh application for interim bail or regular bail before the Trial Court after completion of the examination of the complainant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the examination of the complainant is not being completed because of the reason that the exhibits along with the scientific report have not been received from the FSL. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the Investigating Officer (IO) will move a priority letter to the FSL and the report will be called and submitted before the Trial Court along with the exhibits as soon as possible.

Considering these submissions, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move interim bail or regular bail before the Trial Court after completion of the examination of the complainant.
