The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondents to decide the disputes referred to it in the application Nos. DL11A0009174/M/00001, DL11A0009174/M/00002, DL11A0009174/M/00003 and DL11A0009174/M/00004 all dated 9.2.2019 submitted by the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner's applications/references would be considered in accordance with the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006, as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.
