Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relevant Work Load Return/s (WLR), issued by the respondents and with which the petitioner is aggrieved, have been impugned in arbitration proceedings, initiated on the basis of the arbitration agreement incorporated in the contract between the parties. As such, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
