Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus or any other Writ, Order or Direction to the Respondent to conduct an inquiry into the Complaints filed by the Petitioners and register and FIR and book the culprits accordingly and/or C. preserve the CCTV footage of incident dated 07.02.2024 from the cameras installed within Ganga Apartments."

The learned counsel for the petitioners admits that there was an incident of a dog-bite which then led to a complaint being made to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi. While the Municipal Corporation of Delhi was undertaking the exercise to catch the dog, acrimonious atmosphere was created. The petitioners have their own narration pertaining to the incidents of that day. She submits that the petitioners have been receiving threats since that day.

On instructions from the Investigating Officer, he submits that the complaints made by the respective parties are being investigated and appropriate action in that regard shall be taken. 7.
In view of the statement so made, nothing survives in this petition. The same is dismissed. The pending application also stands disposed of being rendered infructuous.
