By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.539/2014 registered under Sections 419/468/471 IPC at P.S. Sarai Rohilla, Delhi.

Learned ASC for the State submits that a closure and a protest petition by the complainant have been filed, which are pending consideration before the concerned court.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of alongwith the pending application.
