Issue notice. Learned counsel for respondents accepts notice and submits that MHA has decided implementation of the order dated 18th May, 2015. Copy of the decision dated 02nd February, 2016 is handed over and taken on record. Copy thereof has been furnished to learned counsel for petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondents further that implementation of the order dated 18th May, 2015 is likely to be completed within two weeks. 3.

This petition as well as pending application is disposed of in terms of the statement of the respondents with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in the event of any default of the respondents to comply with the statement made before this Court today.
