O R D E R

% 15.07.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner prays as under- "Issue a writ of mandamus directing to respondent no 2 to (a) stay the on going joining regarding the vacancy bearing vacancy number 10/2018.

(b) Give direction to the respondent no-2 to release the permanent vacancy of minimum three post of the subject ILMUL QABALAT WA AMRAZE NISWAN (OBS AND GYNAE).

(c) Give direction to the respondent no-2 to join the petitioner on the contractual basis till the final appointment."

The admitted case of the petitioner is that she was not allowed to join the service since 2012.

It is also an admitted fact that she never made any representation before the respondent. Thus, the present petition is suffering from inordinate delay and latches.

The same is, accordingly, dismissed.
