The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "A. Set aside the impugned order dated 16.11.2022 passed by the Hon'ble court of Sh. Dharmender Rana Special Judge NDPS (central), Tis Hazari Court, Delhi, in criminal appeal no. 247/22, in the interest of justice.

B. Pass any other or further order which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent."
