% 09.10.2018 CM No. 42181/2018 Exemption allowed, subject to just exceptions. CM No.42180/2018 (for withdrawal of the petition) It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner by learned counsel for the petitioner and by the petitioner in person and by the spouse of the respondent that the premises in suit qua which the impugned order dated 29.7.2015 was passed in Eviction Petition No. 107/2014 i.e., the premises comprising of shop No.B-15/3 (South), Shopping Center No.2, Vivek Vihar, Delhi-95 referred to in rent agreement as shop No. 15/2, (South), Shopping Center, B Block, Vivek Vihar, Delhi 95 has since been sold by the respondent to the petitioner already, the learned counsel for the petitioner thus seeks to withdraw the petition which petition is thus dismissed as withdrawn and the application CM No.42180/2018 is allowed. The interim arrangement dated 25.2.2016 is vacated.
