O R D E R

% 26.07.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.

197/2013 under Sections 323/324/341/34 IPC registered at police station Anand Parbat on the complaint of respondent no.2, may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Om Prakash of police station Anand Parbat.

Respondent no. 2 submits that petitioners are his neighbours. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial matter which led to registration of present FIR. He further submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, inasmuch as, petitioners have compensated him by paying `10,000/- towards medical expenses. He

submits that he does not wish to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties and the fact that respondent no.2 does not wish to pursue the FIR, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 197/2013 under Sections 323/324/341/34 IPC registered at police station Anand Parbat and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
