This petition is for the following relief:
"(i) Directing the respondent No. 2 not to proceed with the complaint filed by the respondent No. 3 to 6 with P.S. Sarai Rohilla, Delhi with respect to the said marriage. (ii) Directing the respondent No. 2 to provide adequate protection to ensure the personal liberty and matrimonial life of the petitioners besides providing protection to the family members of the petitioner No. 2."

Learned counsel who appears for respondent nos.3 to 6, on instructions, submits that they do not have any objection to the marriage which has already been taken place.

In view of the aforesaid, there does not seem to be any threat to the petitioners' life and liberty. Even otherwise, if the petitioners have any grievance against the private respondents, they shall be at liberty to approach the concerned Police Station. If the petitioners do so, their grievance shall be considered immediately and appropriate action shall be taken.
