Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that since the suit is already dismissed by the Trial Court, therefore, nothing has left for adjudication in the instant petition and the instant petition may be disposed of accordingly.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Since the original suit has already been decided by the Trial Court and the instant revision petition was filed against the impugned order passed in the application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, therefore nothing is left in the instant petition. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed.
