The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed impugning the order dated 23.05.2023 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, North district, Rohini, Delhi, in Execution No.215/2017 titled as "Taruna Kalra vs. Atul Kalra", whereby the learned Executing Court has allowed the application moved by the decree holder under Section 151 CPC with a non speaking order. The petitioner herein is the judgment debtor before the learned Trial Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had filed objections to the execution which have yet not been disposed of by the learned Executing Court.

The learned Executing Court is directed not to grant adjournment to any of the party on the next date of hearing fixed before it and to hear the arguments on the objections and dispose of the objections expeditiously preferably within two weeks thereafter.
