The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued for quashing FIR No.0122/2019 under Section 376D of the IPC registered with PS Maidangarhi. Ms Rao, learned ASC states that investigations are being conducted and the appropriate report would be filed before the concerned court within a period of four months from today. 2.

Mr Jai Parkash, petitioner no.1, is present in Court and he states that he has no objection if the investigations are concluded in a time bound manner.

In view of the above statement that the appropriate report would be filed before the concerned court within a period of four months from today, this Court does not consider it apposite to pass any further orders in this petition. The same is disposed of.
