Learned counsel for the State submits that statements of the petitioner nos. 1,2 and 3 have been recorded, in which they have stated that they are living happily and have cordial relationship with the family of the petitioner no.3 and, thus, there is no threat from the family of petitioner no.3. Statement of Respondent no.4 has also been recorded. According to his statement, petitioners shall not be subjected to any form of harassment or threat.

Mobile numbers of Beat Constable, SI Veer Singh and SHO of the concerned police station be provided to the petitioners so that they can contact the police officials in case of any emergency. The police officials are
