Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no objection if the prayers made in the present Application are allowed. 5.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to release the amounts as deposited along with accrued interest in favour of Respondent No. 2. 6.

The Application is disposed of.
