By way of this petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 08.12.2025, passed in CIS SC No. 411/2021, by which the Sessions Court framed charges against him under Section 21 read with Section 19 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.

After some hearing, Ms. Geeta Tandon, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner in the pending criminal proceedings.

The petition, alongwith pending applications, stands dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
