By order dated 19 September 2024, passed in Arb P 147/2024 (Yogesh Chaudhary v Oxyzo Financial Services Pvt Ltd), an arbitrator was appointed by this Court to arbitrate on the disputes between the parties.

Mr. Thukral, learned Counsel for the petitioner suggested that as an Arbitral Tribunal is in place, this petition can be referred to the Arbitral Tribunal to be treated as an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, and decided in 1 "the 1996 Act", hereinafter O.M.P.(I) (Comm.) 218/2022 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Ms.

Malvika Trivedi, learned Senior Counsel for the respondents, had sought a day's time to take instructions. 4.

Today, she submits that she has no objection to the suggestion of Mr. Thukral but prays that the Court may request the Arbitral Tribunal to expeditiously decide this petition. 5.

Accordingly, this petition stands referred as an application under Section 17 of the 1996 Act to the learned Arbitral Tribunal constituted yesterday.

The learned arbitrator is directed to treat this application as an application under Section 17 of the 1996 Act and take a decision thereon as expeditiously as possible and, if possible, take a decision within a period of four weeks from today.

The interim orders passed by this court shall remain in operation subject to the further orders to be passed by the learned Arbitral Tribunal.
