By way of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 167/2025 dated 25.02.2025, registered at Police Station New Usmanpur, North-East District, Delhi, for an offence punishable under Section 80 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.

Mr. Wills Mathews, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that certain averments in the present bail application, as well as the accompanying documents, are incomplete and/or incorrect. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present application, without prejudice to the applicant's right to file afresh in accordance with law. 3.
