% 31.05.2019 CM No. 27733/2019 Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. Application stands disposed of.

W.P.(C) 6560/2019 & CM No. 27732/2019 The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers:- "In light of the facts and circumstances of the present case, the Petitioners humbly pray before this Hon'ble Court that it may be pleased to:

(a) Pass a writ or order or direction in the nature of mandamus to set aside the Impugned Communication dated 24.05.2019 issued by the State Bank of India to the Petitioner;

(b) Pass a writ or any other order ordirection to the Respondent bank to allow the Petitioners to have full access to their bank accounts and remove the 'hold' created over the bank accounts of the Petitioners;

(c) Pass any other such order in favour of the Petitioners as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the premises of this case." Learned counsel for the petitioners state that in the interregnum the respondent Bank has de-frozen the accounts. If that be so, the claim of the petitioners in this petition has become infructuous. He has raised one more plea that the respondent Bank has called upon the petitioners to submit Customer Account Folio. He states that the petitioner is not aware as to what documents, the petitioners are required to submit along with Customer Account Folio. Liberty is with the petitioners to approach the Bank concerned with a request and the concerned Bank shall inform the petitioners of the necessary formalities to be complied with. With aforesaid observations, the writ petition and connected application are disposed of.
