Heard the learned Counsel for the Parties.

This Writ Petition has been filed in respect of certain illegal constructions concerning 12 properties, description of which has been mentioned in Paragraph No. 19 of the present Writ Petition. 3.

Earlier, the Petitioner has instituted W.P.(C) 1557/2026 concerning alleged illegal constructions in the properties which are the same as mentioned in the present Writ Petition. The earlier writ petition was finally disposed of by this Court vide order dated 04.02.2026 with an observation that in case the Petitioner approaches the Special Task Force ("STF") by filing individual complaints against the specific properties in terms of an earlier order dated 21.11.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 16115/2024, the STF will take appropriate action in terms of the statement made as recorded in the order dated 04.02.2026.

The submissions of the Petitioner, who appears in person is that in pursuance of order dated 04.02.2026, the Petitioner has instituted individual complaints, however, the said complaints have not been attended to. 5.

We have already, while disposing of the W.P.(C) 1557/2026 directed that in case the Petitioner moves individual complaints, the same shall be attended to.

Accordingly, for the same cause of action, the second Writ Petition, in our opinion, cannot be entertained.

If the Petitioner is, in any manner, aggrieved, he has other remedies available on account of non-compliance of the order dated 04.02.2026. 8.
