Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have settled the dispute in mediation proceedings before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (Mediation Centre).

The Settlement Agreement dated 24th July, (hereinafter "Settlement Agreement") has been placed on record and the same bears the digital signatures of the authorised representative of the plaintiff company as well the defendant.

I have perused the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful. A sum of Rs.1,00,000/- has been paid by the defendant to the plaintiff in terms of Settlement Agreement.

4.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement.

5.

The present suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement and the same shall form part of the decree.

Since the matter has been settled in mediation proceedings, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the Court-Fees Act, 1870 read with Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (in short "CPC").
