O R D E R
% 06.01.2017 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, state in unison, that the underlying dispute that led to the institution of the present petitions has been amicably settled by and between the parties and the terms and conditions of the settlement are enshrined in the Settlement Agreement dated 10.08.2015. In pursuance to the Settlement Agreement dated 10.08.2015, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-company has handed over a demand draft bearing No.211340 dated 06.01.2017, drawn on Central Bank of India, in the sum of Rs.3,33,334/- and a cheque bearing No.114221 dated 06.01.2017, drawn on Central Bank of India, in the sum of Rs.2,50,000/-, to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.
The Settlement Agreement dated 10.08.2015 entered into between the parties is lawful and the same is taken on record. The parties shall abide by the terms and conditions of the said Settlement Agreement dated 10.08.2015 without demur.
In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw these petitions. Leave granted.
The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of.
