This is a petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking interim orders/appointment of receivers to restrain the respondents from alienating Property No. A-99, Sawardi MIDC, Amrawati Nanadgaon Peth, Amrawati-444901 and 109-110, Block Rd., MIDC Industrial Area, Pawne, Navi Mumbai - 400705, Maharashtra. 2.

Since no interim order has been passed in the Section 9 application till date and Sole Arbitrator has been appointed in Arbitration Petition No. 690/2023 to adjudicate the disputes between the parties, the petitioner is at liberty to file a Section 17 application before the learned Sole Arbitrator who shall adjudicate the same in accordance with law. 3.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
