This is an application filed by the appellant seeking withdrawal of the appeal.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties on 21.09.2024. A copy of the Settlement Agreement entered between the parties before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North West, Rohini, Delhi has been filed alongwith the application.

In light of the aforesaid, the application is allowed, making it clear that the parties will remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.
