This application is, accordingly, disposed of. W.P.(C) 6519/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondent nos. 2 & 3 to follow the guidelines/rules of Office Memorandum No.36035/02/2017-ESTT (RES), Govt. of India (Annexure P-9) dated 15.01.2018 pertaining to reservation of candidates of PWD category.

It is stated by counsel for the petitioner that he has received some documents under the RTI and on the basis of those documents, the case of the petitioner is permissible.

Accordingly, I hereby dispose of the present petition, giving liberty to

the petitioner to make a representation within two weeks and on receipt of the representation, the respondent no.3 is directed to decide the same within two weeks, thereafter. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week.

If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he is at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate Forum.
