% 03.07.2019 Ms. Rubina, the hitherto missing, 23 year old daughter of the petitioner, has appeared before this Court in person and states that she has married with Mr. Waseem Ahmad, son of Shafeeq Ahmad, resident of 4/1682, Gali No-03, Zakir Nagar, Jeevangarh, Koil, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh-202001, of her own free will and desire on 13.05.2019.

In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instruction from the latter, who is present in person before this Court, does not press this habeas corpus petition any further.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
