This is a petition filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of Sole Arbitrator. The dispute in the said matter is in regard to Work Order of Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of RoofTop Grid Connected SPV Power Plant having aggregated capacity 347 kWp including five years comprehensive AMC for Hari Nagar DTC Depot, Delhi (5kWp), Wazirpur DTC Depot, Delhi (68 kV\p) & BBM DTD Depot, Depot, Delhi (204 kWp) for the estimated value ofRs. 3,47,00,000/-.
