After some arguments, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that in case directions are issued for expeditious disposal and recording of the prosecution evidence, he shall not press this petition, at this stage.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that petitioner has been in custody since 03.09.2018, Trial Court is directed to expedite the recording of the prosecution evidence and endeavour to conclude the same within a period of nine months from the next date before the Trial Court.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the above directions, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition. 4.

Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid directions.
