Learned counsel for the appellant/plaintiff states that he does not wish to press the present Chamber Appeal as it will unnecessary delay the suit proceedings.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of.

CS(OS) 507/2014 1.

An order has already been passed by the Joint Registrar on 20.1.20016 recording inter alia that the present suit is liable to be transferred before the court of learned District & Sessions Judge, Saket Courts(South). 2.

The Registry is directed to transmit the case file to the concerned court at the earliest. The parties shall appear before the concerned court on 26.8.2016.

As none is present on behalf of the defendants, counsel for the plaintiff shall give a written intimation of the next date of hearing to the counsel for the defendants so that all the parties are present before the concerned court.
