This order is in continuation of the earlier order dated 9th February, 2016.

The counsel for the respondent no.1 Bar Council of India (BCI) states that the final order dated 5th December, 2015 along with the report of the Sub-Committee has been filed before this Court. 3.

However, the same has not come on record.

The counsel for the respondent no.1 BCI has handed over a copy in the Court and which is taken on record. A copy of the same has also been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.

The counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to file again including by incorporation therein challenge to the final order dated 5th December, 2015.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. No costs.
